We have had many people come out to look for a problem and have paid them all hundreds of dollars for nothing. We need someone who won't charge us an arm and a leg to not fix it! (J

  Try Gordy Smith. He will come quickly and I highly doubt he would charge you if he doesn't find something to fix. We love him. He's replaced two units in our home over the past 10 years. (Different units - not replacing his own work.) 410-326-4328. Super nice to work with and explains what he does, which is very important to me.
