  Carolyn: I have a home in Lakewood that needs some work before I put it up for rent. I need a roofer, heating guy (still has the old floor furnace), hard wood floor refinisher and a bath tub refinisher. Can anyone recommend local contractors who do these jobs, without breaking the bank, so I can start getting some bids?? Suggestions greatly appreciated....thanks!
