Party Perfect is the most famous store in Egypt for balloons, gifts and party decoration.
It was founded in 1992 by Allison Barton Youssef and Ashraf Youssef. We were the first people to bring professional balloon decoration to Egypt. Since opening the first balloon and party supply shop in Cairo in 1996 we have grown into Cairo’s reliable leader for special event balloon decorating and party organization.
At our store in Dokki you’ll find an unbeatable selection of
balloons, both latex and foil, and a beautiful selection of gifts and gift wrapping.
