  Ujararar I. wrote: I called him on Friday evening. He came promptly. He said the damaged part was not available with him and will comeback on Saturday after the dealer opens the stores. He suggested the price to be around $60. I verified online and said this part is available for around $25 in Ottawa. I called him on Saturday morning. He said he has guests so cannot come. Once again when I told him about the part he told me that if that was that cheap, I could go and Buy the same which I promptly did and left an SMS on his phone. Again he was reminded on Monday. He mesaged methat he was away and will come on Tuesday. Again on Tuesday morning I messaged him and he replied back saying he will come later with a spare part. Again I had to message him that I had the spare part with me ( bought on Saturday)_ He came and showed me a different part name in his pocketbook and said he was misled by the dealer. So the conclusion. He is not reliable.on time sense. and he appears not very careful with spare parts which could have caused futher delay, if he got the wrong spare part He originally messaged me that the price was $60 for services and parts extra. When he did not have the part on him he said he will have to charge me $20 extra for buying time and gas. However, in the end I paid him $60 as per his SMS, he said I had to pay him another $20 for coming again second time. I refused stating that he asked for the money towards time oand gas to buy it fro Downtown, He told me to never call him again as I have not paid him properly. On the positive side, His work is reasonable. His attitude is a bit on the abrasive side. Raju
