I specialize in the sale/lease of farm and ranch properties, as well as property management, but I'm always happy to help with whatever real estate needs you may have.
I came to Huntsville years ago to attend SHSU (eat 'em up Kats!) and ended up staying here because it felt like home. I've put down roots and raised my family here - many of you know me simply as "Little Bill's Dad".
After a long tenure of working at TDCJ, I went in business for myself doing what I enjoyed: agriculture (managing cattle, hay baling, fence building), landscaping, mechanical repairs & operating equipment.
Becoming a real estate agent was naturally the next step for me. Knowledge of the industry from years of helping other agents stage their properties + my love of ranching and the outdoors = a match made in heaven.
