I was told conflicting stories. Oh! The delivery time on your end is different than the one on our end, something must be wrong with the system. Oh! The driver is on the way. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with the person, well more than the time it would take to get there had the driver actually been on the way when he said she was. Oh! We didn't place the order until the driver was available. Never mind that that time just happened to be 10 min AFTER our est delivery time. The food showed up 45 min after the estimated delivery time, cold and soggy. I threw it away because it was gross and won't be using Chow Cab again. I'll give Delivery Dudes a try next time.
