About us
Cookie Couture by Sarah is owned and operated by me, Sarah Hallford. It's been a life long dream of mine to own a bakery and the Cottage Food Act has given me this amazing opportunity to turn it into a reality! I first discovered my love of baking in middle school when I made conversation heart sugar cookies for friends on Valentine's Day. I quickly discovered that the way to someone's heart and to show you care was through their stomach. Further down the road I took a position with an amazing chef in California running the front end of his restaurant. He eventually trusted me with making the daily sweet treats and I was soon dubbed the Cookie Queen by our loyal customers. Fast forward to current times and I suddenly found myself getting bombarded with shaped sugar cookie orders for birthday parties and other events by my fellow military wives. So, I decided to go out on a limb and create Cookie Couture by Sarah. I hope that you enjoy all of my cookie creations and I look forward to baking for you soon!
