RETURN POLICY
If you receive one of these items from me that you are not 100% satisfied with you may return it within 10 days for a no questions asked refund. Items must be in new and unused condition. Customer must pay for shipping the item back to me and pay for shipping the new item to them.
No returns or exchanges on Custom rope halters, leads, or anything that is made with rope to your specifications such as size, length, added braided nosebands. Make sure you double check your options and sizes before putting your order through. However, if there is a problem with workmanship or faulty equipment Sydneys Halters will accept returns or exchanges at my expense within 10 days of purchase.
Payment MUST be sent before items are made.
