  Stephanie B. wrote: The providers are unprofessional, inappropriate and negligent. I told them specifically my daughter was on a dairy free diet, writing no milk on her forms, and the first two days she was fed all kinds of dairy. So, my daughter broke out in a rash. When I expressed this concern along with another (on Betsy's choice of food for the kids), I was given a bad attitude and actually yelled at. Betsy eventually agreed to start letting me bring in my own food for my daughter (why was that an issue in the first place I don't know), but made Sure I knew that she would still be claiming My daughter so she could get her government money. they say they have 2 providers to watch the 8 kids, but it turns out- this is inaccurate. When a baby had a seizure during their care, one of the providers was out shopping! So, the substitute had to be called in so Betsy could go with the baby to the hospital. I could go on and on, it was just a very bad experience for the 4 weeks I was there.
