  physio recommendation -------------- Hi CMs. Can anyone recommend a physio with experience with jaw pain (possibly head/neck/jaw expertise)? Required to assist with treating TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) which manifests in a painful popping out of the jaw.
