Seal Beach's intimate 320 Main long ago set the benchmark in Orange County for cutting edge, creative craft cocktails. Owners Jason & Rebecca Schiffer have all but perfected the art of re-imagining popular cocktail recipes, utilizing the latest techniques and ingredients, all the while refining their standard cocktail repertoire that pays homage to America's greatest gift to the culinary world. In a recent effort to re-imagine the food offerings of the dining room menu to the level of the drinks menu, 320 Main recently appointed Chef Jaime Carrano, who now brings a similar ethos to the kitchens of 320. An alumni of prestigious kitchens in Southern California including Bouchon Beverly Hills and Charlie Palmer at South Coast Plaza, as well as New York City's acclaimed Aureole, Chef Carrano's new menus feature a delicious offering of accessible American cuisine, utilizing classic French techniques and the freshest and finest of ingredients.
