I travel all around my area to help horse and dog owners keep their four-legged partners in optimum health with chiropractic therapy. It is very rewarding to see the positive results of this type of work. Helping horses and dogs ( and their owners) become more comfortable and healthy is so uplifting and rewarding.
When there is subluxation/misalignment in the skeletal structure there is impingment on the nerves of the muscle group where the subluxation has occured. The pinched nerves cause this muscle group to become stressed, tight, fatigued and then eventually shut down.
Once the subluxation is corrected and the skeletal structure is put back into its correct position, the nerves are no longer pinched. Using acupressure and massage, the proper flow of oxygen rich blood is now able to entering the muscle group and the stress and fatigue will be gone. This will allow your horse to perform at his/her optimum level.
