  Anna H. wrote: 05/22/15 instaled 2 units-18.000+9000 after a week or two started smelling moldy stuff around the house-called him,he send 2 guys (not speaking english) they came,cleaned the filter and left _Henry said that there's no problems with units _issue wasnt fixed,he accused me to calling without the reason-yeah right ,! I have no else to do than loose all day waiting for them to come,then walk around them while they were pretending doing something NOW !!!! main unit leaking,damaging my livingroom wall and floor under-i had called henry few times-no answer! send him video how the water is dripping -NO ANSWER
