  Enrico d. wrote: I doubt that I will ever do business with New Era Auto in Amanzimtoti. I sent them an email a week ago asking for a quotation on the 90,000 km service for my vehicle. After not hearing from them for four days I called. The guy (forgot his name) admitted that they had received the email and then promised to make immediate work of getting back to me. Now, three days later, I am still waiting and I bet I will simply never receive the quotation. If they treat a prospective customer like this, I have to wonder how well they will do with servicing my car.
