  Okay peeps:) I am PCSing to Fort Bragg in September. I am looking for a 3B/2B one story house in the Hope Mills area. I'd like to stay closer to Grays Creek. I am also wanting to go through a realtor that way I can go ahead and sign papers and what not before I get there to avoid staying in a hotel. I have one dog and one cat. It HAS to have a big back yard fully fenced. Preferably wooden fence. I am wanting to spend under $900 but will go to $1000 if I have to. If you guys know of anything, or a realtor that can help !

  Iso a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a garage, and pet friendly (have a 15 lb dog) for beginning of August. Nothing over $1200 please. Great credit and rental history, so that is not an issue at all. :-) TIA **Please no 3 bedrooms with a bonus, a bonus room is far too big for a small child.
