About us
Architekt is the project of Ben Lawrence.
Hailing from from West Auckland with a background in death metal, engineering, acoustics and lasers, Ben produces and DJs high energy and driving full-on psytrance. He specialises in delivering blasting sets full of unconventional mixing. With his stripped back ‘edited’ tracks, the music is always going somewhere and the energy is always building.
Ben released a number of tracks in 2014, all of which entered the Beatport Charts and gathered international attention. After two years break from producing he is right back into it with a new studio and number of releases planned for 2016.
His first live set will be at Dimension in February 2016, followed by a number of shows in Europe and South America in the 2016 summer season.
