About us

We produce and bottle our own milk and cream on our farm just south of Mere. The farm is organic and is home to our closed herd (i.e. everything on the farm has been born on the farm) of 80 British Friesian cows plus youngstock. The milk is produced by a low input natural method (i.e. mainly grass) and so gives the milk plenty of body.

Further to this we don't homogenise our milk (a process that smashes the fat into small particles so it doesn't settle out in the bottle) as this process reduces the taste and quality of the milk.

Deliveries in Mere on Tuesday and Friday
Deliveries in Gillingham, Milton and Motcombe are Monday and Thursday
