We are a group exercise company that specializes in offering the most up to date group fitness & yoga classes that are effective, safe, & fun. Our instructors are highly trained and dedicated to helping students have the best experience possible at every class. We are currently teaching all of our classes out of Butler Health & Fitness at 215 North Duffy Road in Butler.

Sam Karns at Focused Fitness! Plus they offer a bunch of other classes. They have a Facebook page. It is in the medical arts building by Geibel funeral home. I love it there!!
