I'm looking for something that can take a joke but at the same time I can move up on. Looking for a horse that I could show a lot. Ideally I would like a horse that would introduce me to low level eventing but I would settle for something that could do jumpers, equitation, and dressage. Half or full lease okay. The horse would have to be over 15hh. Prefer:a barn with 6+ stalls (prefer more but can work with just stalls for horses in active training) Safe fencing in place (I can install fence for the right property) A good sized arena Budget flexible to around 3k per month. A handyman special or farm that needs work is OK, husband is a contractor and I am used to farm repairs. Long term lease highly preferred. Excellent references including current landlord. Verifiable income, responsible, insured, clean horse professional with zero drama. Looking for move in date around mid to late summer but flexible.
