I had a hard time getting info on prices, a location, and other items. Despite the lack of communication, I was still excited about our photo shoot. The day of experience was great, but that’s where the good experience ended. It took over a month to receive the photos, and when they arrived, they were not what I expected. Most of the poses are awkward: people are hunched over or not even looking at the camera. The colors are enhanced so much that our clothes are different colors and our skin tones are lost (including my eye brows!). I was/am very upset, as well as my family, with our photos and requested my money back.
