The first 10 minutes she was sluggish and the last 10 minutes she spent talking to her friend while butchering my hair. I asked her to thin out my hair and take off about 2 inches. She thinned it and then added layers, taking off about 6 inches! She did a dry cut. I've now come to realize I was completely overcharged! My haircut was totally not worth what I paid. I will not be recommending Kristen to anyone! Very displeased!
