  we're a couple months ahead of you in this process. NG came and marked our damaged sidewalk last week, but missed the spot on our walkway from the street to the sidewalk. since summer vacation season is coming, i wanted them to clearly mark that as well, so I called NG 800-642-4272 (thanks whoever posted it!) and kept saying "representative" instead of making choices. the person i talked to noted my concerns and the next day a man called to follow up. i managed to confuse him on the phone, so he came out to take a look and marked the spot which hadn't been marked previously.
