They'll make you think they're very friendly people, then after months of talking with them and getting convinced to put money down they'll change the price on you. Then when it comes time to choose your pup from the litter they will tell you what's available, let you choose, then say "Oh, wait, never mind. We actually want the one you chose. Sorry!" Terrible human beings.
