Bertram did not attempt to improve their service until this company moved into the area then thought it necessary to improve what they were selling. Regardless of how many calls were placed to try to improve service. Star communications came in and more then doubled the expectation we had. When told we can not move our dish for better service, low and behold Star placed it and guess what... working fabulously. Kicker. Signed a two year contract with Bertram in 2014 you can go on to the website to see this detail. I was told when I called the your contract auto renews every year. However I signed a two year contract . Now they say I can pay a 250.00 early disconnect fee or pay 63.00 a month till march. On top of that they informed me I would need to drive to Random Lake or Shawano to return their equipment! Really sounds like strong arm tactics to prevent customers from leaving. Stay away PS Star communications has no contracts, unlimited , and speed that is not even comparable and that is for a minimal plan.
