Dr. Tall and our staff at Sandcreek Dental have a mission statement that we work to uphold every time a patient walks through our doors. Our mission statement, CARE, outlines four of the main goals of our cosmetic dental practice which includes:

•Achieving the level of dental health that each patient desires
•Rehabilitation of damaged oral tissue with high quality dental treatment
•Effectively serving Idaho Falls' dental needs
