  Heather C. wrote: Terrible customer service. He made an appointment we waited all day on him and didn’t show Up or call. I had to keep calling him and he finally showed up to fix my dishwasher. It cost $275 with a one year warranty. My dishwasher worked for only 4 days and broke again. I called him multiple times with no answer. My husband finally spoke with him and he said he was out of town for a few days but would come fix it as soon as he was back. We never heard from him at all. I called and texted him multiple times with NO RESPONSE back at all! I tried for 10 days to get a hold of him and let numerous messages. I finally texted him and threatened to call attorney general, only after that did he text back and said he just got Covid ( which I doubt honestly) and didn’t know when he would come out. Keep in mind my dishwasher has been broke for over 2.5 weeks already where he could have come fixed it and honor his work. I asked for a refund so I could have someone else fix it bc he said he had no idea when he would be better and could come. He refused a refund. He has been very shady, unprofessional, and did NOT do good work. I do NOT recommend at all! He took money And ran. He has terrible customer service and just ignores after he gets paid for his shotty work that didn’t last even a week. Run fast from him! Hire a true professional
