We've always had great experiences there (for example, they once built a blanket fort for my sister's cat after his neuter because he was pretty out of it and he seemed to enjoy and feel safer in the fort) http://www.bluecrossanimalhospital.ca/

They are excellent there and compassionate. My Boy George was neutered there and was diagnosed with Diabetes Neuropathy he's 10 now and they just love him there when we go for our visits.
