When in Doubt, Eat a Cupcake is a home based business started by Sahar Latheef, a self taught cake artist. She creates cakes ranging from simple frosted cakes to more elaborate cakes like wedding cakes and gravity defying custom cakes.
Ever since she started 'caking' as a hobby in 2010, she has been challenging herself to make bigger and better pieces of edible art.
