Barb V. asked:Basement Renovation? Has anyone done one lately? If so, what as the approximate cost per square foot? Its early yet, but I some of the early numbers range from $35-50 per square foot as high as $80-100. Scope of work is to complete partially renovated laundry area, add 3 piece bath. Some drywall and some subflooring already in place. Finish ceiling and electrical.
