We are a dedicated team of downsizing service providers who provide effective, efficient and caring services designed to ensure client satisfaction during times of transition or change. Change happens and we help make the transition easier for our clients.
It can be a daunting and difficult task to sell household items. There is the set up, advertising, pricing, negotiating, collecting funds, keeping track of sales, and more. Our services will help individuals and/or families simplify what would otherwise be frustrating and time consuming. In essence, we do it all for you.
Whether you are downsizing or you are assisting someone with downsizing/smartsizing, our services can help. If there is a life situation change (death, moving, combining households, dividing households, etc), we will make it easier. So if you are an individual who would benefit from our services, let us handle it. Current home owners, executors, relatives, accountants, lawyers, etc. can all benefit.
