They would come to your home & analyze how to better save energy. Georgetown said they don't offer that service so I looked online but could only find consultants for businesses. They found a gaping wide whole in our duct work. We were cooling the neighborhood in August! And check Groupon because there are sometimes coupons there. And message me to get an extra rebate every time you use groupon (for anything).
