  Dennis- Borrego electric- local company- not a salesman!! The guy you talk to is the guy who does it- knows the area, knows the inspectors, connections at Sdg&E if things go sideways- does the job quick- do yourself a favor and use this guy. 7607673224

I've found two electricians, but one is very expensive and the other doesn't seem to want to do the job because he never followed through. Anyone know anybody?
