We use Luis. Forgot the name of his business. His rate is significantly lower than others because it's his own biz and he's trying to get new clients in Seattle. He charged us $250 for a 700 sq ft basement, staircase and 3 small bedrooms. Carpets look brand new. 206-422-7738. It's easier to communicate via text with him. We used him many times for our rental properties as well.
