  Matthew J. wrote: Horrible customer service. Emma was both rude and condenscending. I was not only a customer, but I was going to refer her to my vast network and help her network. Well, looks like I am networking, but unfortunately for different reasons. Took multiple attempts to even reach her and when I finally did, she accused me of harrassing her. You never say that to a customer. I simply asked for a timeframe for my photos and she stated I'll have them soon. I let a week go by and asked again. After multiple attempts again and days later, she stated that I was harrassing her and that she doesn't have a timetable and I'll get them when I get them. You don't treat people that way, especially customers!
