Welcome to Signature Catering Co, we really appreciate your enquiry. Thank you for choosing to take the time to explore all our Signature menus and services available to you.
At Signature Catering Co we understand the organisation of any event or function, whether it is a wedding reception, corporate event, bereavement reception or just a social get together, can be a stressful task for people. Furthermore we believe it is essential for the host to give their guests their complete undivided attention. We want our clients to be able to completely relax and enjoy their day, safe in the knowledge that the food and service is taken care of to the very highest standard.
We strive to make your event as smoothly run and professionally managed as possible. At Signature we pride ourselves on our flexibility towards every size and type of event, seamless professional service alongside our carefully tailored bespoke menu choices. Emphasis is put on the individuality or each event of function catered by Signature and our chefs can tailor a menu to suit your occasion. All our menus are prepared using only great quality seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Originally based on the Dorset & Hampshire border on the edge of The New Forest, we have great access to all of the fantastic fresh local ingredients and delights that the two counties have to offer. Our wines have been carefully selected for your enjoyment from local producers; a full list is available upon request.
With our ideal base location, we can of course produce and deliver all our menus to a wide area as well as providing a professionally trained group of waiting staff and chefs alongside all the necessary equipment to ensure your event is a complete success.
We also run two very successful restaurants, which are perfectly equipped venues to cater for events of all sizes. We opened ‘Seasons’ eleven years ago, set within a beautiful 18th century barn, nestled away on Dorset & Hampshire border within Moors... show more Valley Country Park. ‘Seasons’ will certainly provide a warm contemporary and rustic feel to any event or function. In 2011 we opened our second restaurant, ‘Seventh Wave’ in the beautifully renovated Durlston Castle. Located on the picturesque Dorset Jurassic coastline, Swanage, the restaurant overlooks the beautiful Swanage bay providing an idyllic backdrop to any special occasion. In 2012, ‘Seventh Wave’ has become particularly popular wedding reception venue with a number of engaged couples looking to complete their big day.
