  Hi you might not be able to help me but I am trying to find a program to help me spay 5 of my cats. My husband was just diagnosed with acute leukemia we have 5 female cats that have always been indoor with this new medical problem we r being forced to have to put our baby outside I don't want baby Kitty's so I need to get them fixed or take them to the pound I do not want take them there so I'm trying to find a program that can help I don't have a income right now due to my husband having to stay here in the hospital if you know of any help will you please let me know my options.   Given that your cats have always been indoor animals, they may not fare well suddenly being required to live outdoors. Your greatest option is to try to re-home them with friends, family, or reputable families willing to give them a home who you can find with a little promotion. We do recommend that you move forward with getting each of them spayed to ensure their well-being and, as you said, so more kittens aren't born without a home.   Im having trouble finding a low cost clinic to neuter my cat. When I lived in the city limits I was able to fix my other cat for $10. Now I live in sac county and don't qualify for that program. Anyone know of a low income clinic that can help?

  Hi David, our low cost spay/neuter clinic is open to Sac County residents! The cost to neuter a cat is $30 and we have two locations, the Sacramento SPCA (Florin Perkins Rd) and also a satellite clinic at the County shelter on Bradshaw. Attached is a link for more info.
