  Becky E. wrote: Awful awful awful! I used Betsy twice and was happy, the third time was a nightmare! We had family pictures on the beach. She was u accommodating! She made us go to rexhme beach which is 40 min drive for us. She didn't tell me she switched all her prices and process. She said we had to spend $200 in other products in order to spend $300 for digital uploads( which only had 28 pics! ) She made us drive w my two children up to Braintree 3 times. First to pick pictures out in front of her. We ordered a canvas which then ended up being absolutely awful! When I told her I wanted to return she said she would order a new one even though she doesn't normally do that ( oh gee thanks I just spent $750 I appreciate it ). When I looked back at the price list she emailed me it never said I had to spend $200 in order to get digitals, when I confronted her, she was hostile, rude and ended up blocking me on fb. I'm not sure where customer service went to because Betsy had none of that! She then basically held my new canvas hostage, refused to let me drop off the bad one at her home even though I was near her house twice. Because she was unavailable and refused to send me mine if I did so. She made me drive up to her 45 min at 9 am on a Sunday morning ( only after I called and asked to please meet me because I wanted this whole thing to be over with). After I had recommended her to others who recommended her. She made a lot of money off of me and she was absolutely awful! Don't get sucked in! She's a bait and switch and she could care less about customer service!
