At Elhams , each morning starting at 8am we bake our delicious Syrian bread, we roll fresh grapeleaves,we cut and marinate fresh lamb and chicken, we from scratch cut and slice tomatoes, parcely and onion to make fresh tabouly, every salad is cut fresh to order, rice made daily, and the list goes on and on of the many things we make fresh every single day . You are what you eat.
