  Bees are not a protected species and can be got rid of if there's a danger that someone may be stung. I try and save as many as I can but sometimes have to destroy nests. The elderly and young children can be at a higher risk but anyone can have a anaphalatic fit from being stung. AndoverPestPrevention.co.uk
