ORDERING
• NO ORDER FORM, NO PROCESSING OF ORDERS
• Fill up the Order Form if you are 100% sure.
• By placing an order with us, you undertake and confirm to us that:
a. You accept these Terms and Conditions.
b. All information that you provide to us is true, complete and accurate.
• Once an Order Form is submitted the item will be considered as sold.
• After placing an order, you will receive a invoice through email, text message or Facebook message from us acknowledging that we have received your order and whether or not we can accept that order within a day or two upon submission of your Order Form.
• Pay the total amount depending on if it's a Pre-Order or On-Hand.
• Items will be shipped and wait for it to arrive.
• Please leave us some feedbacks.
PAYMENTS AND MEET-UPS
• NO PAYMENT, NO SHIPMENT
• Modes of payment for all products are:
a. Globe GCASH b. Cebuana Lhuillier c. Mlhuillier
d. Western Union e. Meet Up
• The Buyer is required to pay 100% of the total amount.
Meet-Ups
• We only do meet ups on the following locations:
a. SM Molino (+20 Handling Fee) b. SM Bacoor (+30 Handling Fee)
c. Robinson's Imus (+30 Handling Fee) d. The District Imus (+30 Handling Fee) e. SM Southmall (+30 Handling Fee)
• We require a 50% down payment for first time clients.
(Charges will be applied depending on the location.)
PRODUCT DETAILS AND PRICES
• All items are Pre-Order unless stated. All items are Brandnew and In Good condition.
• We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in the Product Description and Prices. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Please note that prices on our Online Shop may vary from other Online Shops due to different suppliers.
• The price of any products exclude delivery/shipping fees, which will be added to the total amount due unless stated.
• As stated above, prices are liable to change at anytime,... show more but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an acknowledgement message.
• Due to limitations in photography and inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those items themselves.
• Dimensions are provided by our supplier so we are not responsible for inconsistency.
3. Around 70% of the items are same as photos while 30% are imitated from fashion magazines.
4. These items are imported from countries like Hong Kong, Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, US, Vietnam and others.
CUT OFFS AND RESERVATIONS
• RESERVED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SOLD.
• We only allow 2 days of reservation, after that you must settle your payment.
• Joy reservers are not allowed. If you happen to be a joy reserver, your picture will be seen in Bogus Buyer and Joy Reserver Album.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
• We aim to process and ship your order within the time of arrival. Should your order be likely to be delayed (such as where items are out of stock), we will contact you.
• We will deliver the products to the shipping address you provided to us when you were placing your order.
• Shipping Rates will be shouldered by the Buyer and will vary depending on the weight of the items and it's destination.
• No Shipping of items on weekends and holidays.
• Delivery/Shipping time depends on the courier and location not us.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURN AND EXCHANGE, REFUNDS
• We follow No Return, No Exchange policy. We assure that all items are in good condition before shipping.
• No cancellation of orders. Once you submitted the form, you are obliged to purchase the item.
• Only defective mechandise is subjected to change. But we will no longer entertain nor replace the product if you are not able to inform us within 2 days upon receiving the item.
• Only out of stock items will receive full payment refund.
• Refunds will be given through GCASH only. But if you don't have GCASH, you can choose any money transfer but charges will be deducted.
PRE-ORDER AND ON-HAND
• Pre-Order
a. Waiting time will be 2-3 weeks after the Cut-off.
b. Pay the full amount or 70% of the total bill/amount on or before the cut off date.
c. If you paid only the 70% of the total amount, please pay the 30% when the items arrives to us.
d. We will not refund the 70% you paid if you cannot pay the remaining 30% within 3 days upon receiving notice of arrival.
On-Hand
a. Wait for 2-3 days of processing.
b. Since the item is on-hand, you are required to pay the 100% of the total amount.
c. Pay the full amount on or before the said date.
