I wanted to write to introduce myself. I'm Jay Sthilaire , a real estate investor who specializes in helping people to buy a home through a rent-to-own or lease-purchase agreement. It's becoming a very popular way to buy, as so many people are working to better their credit scores for lower mortgage rates, or they are saving up the higher down payments required by lenders today.
Waiting to buy while you work on your credit or save for a down payment is the course most people believe they must take. However, there is a way to get into the home you want to purchase much sooner, using a land contract arrangement. I specialize in these properties, and want to help you to locate the home you want and move in as a rent to own buyer right away.
I have homes available right now, but I also "take orders." You tell me where you want to live, the size and type of home you'd like to buy, and I go out and find it. For far less cash than a down payment, you can move in right away, start maintaining and improving on the home, and purchase when you're able to get the mortgage that you want.
Our rent-to-own agreement can be tailored to your needs, even allowing some of the rental amount each month to go toward a down payment.
