Our Martial Arts Programs include the following: Kids ages 4-6 enjoy our Tiny Tigers program, Children ages 7-12 enjoy our Karate for Kids program, and our teens and adults enjoy our traditional Taekwondo program. Our fitness kickboxing classes are a big hit with college age women as well as moms and dads who are trying to get fit. Our popular Krav Maga class teaches easy to learn, realistic self defense techniques in a fun and positive environment.
