  I am currently renting through Swans Realty. Have been here almost 2 years. They're great. Not many major problems with the house, just a toilet overflow and garage door issue. They had service out asap. They also do a walk through inspection twice a year, take pics to make sure property is kept up. Worth checking into. http://www.swansproperties.com/
