I need help so badly, but I am very particular, and the last 2 times I've tried this, I even wrote out a list from 1-10 on what I needed done, and because they charged a flat rate, they hurried so much, and checked everything off, and yet 1/2 of it was never done?? I have 4 bathrooms, and they missed 3 of them, but checked them off??!! I need someone who can pass a background check, and have at least 3 official references (friends and family don't count). Help!!!!!!!! Is there anyone out there anymore, who really does a really good job anymore?? I prefer to charge by the hour, so, that they are'nt in such a hurry to get out the door.
