Spicers Tamarind Retreat and Spa is a rainforest retreat in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, where Asian style blends with the tranquillity of the Australian bush. With the trickling sounds of the nearby waterfall and invigorating scents of Thai & Asian spices floating through the air, this retreat offers an intimate and peaceful escape from the world.
Our 14 private villas consisting of 6 one bedroom villas each offering a king bed, fireplace, deck, outdoor cedar hot-tub and lounge. Then there are 8 two bedroom, two bathroom villas which compliment this property with large double day beds on the deck, spacious lounge room, nespresso coffee machine, cocoon bath and wood fireplace.
You can do as much or as little as you want. Explore the soul of the Sunshine Coast, sample nearby Montville's shopping and gallery district, visit Australia Zoo. Taste the innovative modern Asian cuisine by dining at our in-house award winning restaurant or by learning the secrets of Thai cooking in our cooking schools.
Be pampered in our day spa, with 4 luxury treatment rooms, steamroom, rain shower and spa, laze in the outdoor pool, or just relax on your private balcony and listen to the birds while reading a great book found in all the villas. Pure bliss!
