Ok members, I need recommendations for a lawyer that is familiar with fraud and foreclosure. One that will work with me seeing as how I have no extra money upfront. I am convinced that the company handling my mortgage is frauding me (they were sued in 2008 for fraud, as well as having a 1 star rating for complaints and adding in erroneous fees, losing documents, and dragging their feet to make more money). It was not my choice to use them, as Chase sold my mortgage to them after Chase was fined by the govt for the mortgage crisis. I am beyond livid at this point and want this fixed and to keep my house.
