If you have done any chasing before, you realize that eating is usually on the run or done quickly. So, in those rare moments you can actually have a sit down meal, have you found any really good restaurants that you would recommend to other chasers? And were there any places you would never return to? I'll start with two great places- Meridy's Restaurant in Russell KS and the Cowboy Café in Dubois WY.
