Lily Bou Cakery is a residential based cakery operating under Texas Cottage Food Bill SB81.
At Lily Bou Cakery we specialize in custom cakes made individually for your special event.
We are certified with the City of Houston Department of Health & Human Services , having completed the Food Manager Certification Program.
All cakes require a non refundable 50% deposit at time of ordering. The deposit reserves your date, your order is not final until the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance will be due on delivery. If the order is placed less than 2 weeks notice payment will be due in full at the time of ordering.
