About us
After meeting at work, we soon established a mutual appreciation of good food, good design and hard work.
So we set to work firstly building upon the previous experience of Annalise’s small and temporary dabble of a cupcake business ‘Sweet Annalise’.
Having both come from creative backgrounds ….. Rachel previously worked as an interior designer/stylist and Annalise graduated in Graphic design from the University of Salford. We are dedicated to utilising our creative flair to create delicious and elegant home baking to make you smile and make your day that little bit sweeter.
One Sweet Day promises to make our cakes and confectionery with the best locally sourced and fairtrade ingredients, wherever possible.

I am looking for an independent baker who can tweek cupcakes to specific requirements, bake in large volumes (anything from 120-360 cupcakes), registered with the council & hold all certificates. Very regular orders for the large volumes ie 2-6 times per month. Also someone who makes homemade fudge (looking for 3-6 flavours), registered with the council & hold all certificates.
