Please direct all commission inqueries to: misslindsayxoxo@gmail.com - This is my COMMISSION ONLY e-mail, you will get the fastest response from me there.
If you are interested in a quote on a project, I will only respond to those who take the time to include:
1. Bust/Chest + Waist Measurement
2. Deadline for Project
3. AT LEAST 3 Reference Images (if possible, I know some things can be hard to find.)
My labor charges are based on an hourly rate, and I will not waiver on them. Materials can be bought cheaper, if that is what you desire, but I will not 'bargain' on my labor charge - this is how I make my living, and I can't give it at a discount if I want to pay my bills. :(
I require a 30% deposit for all commissions, non-refundable. This holds your spot in my calendar, pays for supplies and is paid at the start of the transaction. My further commission terms with full payment and rules can be found uploaded to my website at www.lindsayjanedesign.com. <3
I prefer to have AT LEAST 2 months to work on most commissions - of it is something simple like a bodysuit, 1 month is a fine time-frame if you pay on time. Speaking of which, yes, I do take payment plans. In fact, I prefer it. It gives me ease in controlling the flow of money coming in when buying supplies. There are a few plans that I accept, and we can discuss that in an e-mail if you are a serious client.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE, things I DO NOT make include:
- Full suits of armor.
- Large wigs with spikes.
- Pieces that require thick leather, I simply do not have a machine powerful enough to sew it.
- Gloves. (Generally I don't do gloves. If they are an absolute necessity to you costumes and require the exact same material, I will make exceptions.)
LASTLY, if I write you a quote... PLEASE RESPOND TO IT! Quotes take time to write up! I research fabrics, all materials, and calculate all the things that go into making your cosplay. Even if you think it's to expensive and want to write me off, please do so by saying, "I'm sorry, I'll... show more have to pass on this." - at the very least. Leaving me hanging is not very nice, especially when I look forward to your business. <3
